- ℹ️ Note for Heavy Duty: This subscription covers Passenger Vehicles & Light Duty Trucks. Heavy Duty / Commercial Vehicle software updates require the separate Phoenix HD Add-on renewal.

Return Policy
We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at the warehouse.
