The Topdon ArtiLink 400 (AL400) is an entry-level OBD2 code reader for 1996-and-newer OBDII vehicles. Reads and clears engine trouble codes, checks I/M emissions readiness, and displays freeze-frame data.

Return Policy
We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at the warehouse.
