Connecting Your Autel Tablet to CCC ONE: A Collision Shop Guide

If you run a collision shop, connecting your Autel diagnostic tablet directly to CCC ONE saves 15 to 20 minutes of admin work per repair order, keeps your documentation clean, and gives you the proof-of-scan trail insurers expect. This guide walks you through the prerequisites, the exact click path to link your tablet, the three ways to push reports, and the cost structure so nothing catches you off guard.

1. Scope and System Prerequisites

A. Required Accounts and Platform Settings

  • CCC ONE account. Integration must be enabled inside CCC ONE Settings (or My Account on desktop) under Diagnostic Connections.
  • Autel Cloud account. The shop must register or sign into a free Autel Cloud account at cloud-us.autel.com.

CCC ONE > Settings > Diagnostic Scan Connections. Once linked, AUTEL US INC shows as Enabled.

B. Hardware Compliance and Compatible Models

Geographic requirement: Integration is supported exclusively on US-spec Autel hardware operating within the United States. Global and overseas units are region-locked and will fail to link. If you are not sure whether your tool is US-spec, our team can check the serial number for you.

Supported Autel hardware models:

  • MaxiSYS MS909 / MS909 S2
  • MaxiSYS MS919 / MS919 S2
  • MaxiSYS MS Ultra / Ultra S2
  • MaxiSYS MS906 MAX (available August 2026)

2. Onboarding Workflow and Hardware Verification

Step 1: Initial Account and Workshop Setup

Sign into cloud-us.autel.com. Go to Workshop Information > click + Add > enter the required Shop Name > click Save.

Autel Cloud > Workshop Information. Each shop location gets its own entry here.

Next, navigate to Device Manager > Device List > click + Add. Input the tablet's Serial Number and Registration Password (found on the tablet under Settings > About, or on the back of the device). Assign the corresponding Shop Name — this is critical for multi-shop operations with Store #1, Store #2, etc. — and click Save.

Autel Cloud > Device Manager > Device List > + Add. Assign the tablet to the correct repair shop.
Multi-shop tip: Every serial number needs to be mapped to its specific shop location. A tablet mapped to the wrong Workshop will push scan reports into the wrong CCC ONE workspace.

Step 2: Hardware Verification

If entering the serial number on Autel Cloud throws an error or fails to link, the device is a Global (overseas) tool. Global units are region-locked and cannot push data to US-based claims networks like CCC ONE. If this happens, reach out and we will help you get a US-spec replacement lined up.

3. Step-by-Step Integration Protocol

Step 1: Link Autel Inside CCC ONE

Inside CCC ONE, navigate to Settings (or My Account) > Diagnostic Connections > click + Add. Choose Autel US INC, enter the tablet Serial Number, and accept the Terms of Use.

CCC ONE > Diagnostic Connections > + Add. Select AUTEL US INC and enter your 12-character tablet serial.

Step 2: Enable Integration in Autel Cloud

Return to cloud-us.autel.com under Device List. Click the far-right ellipsis (three dots) next to the registered device, select Enable CCC ONE, and click Confirm.

Autel Cloud > Device List > the 3-dot menu next to the device holds the Enable CCC ONE option.

Step 3: Device Restart and Verification

Reboot the MaxiSYS tablet. Once it boots, confirm the CCC ONE icon (and the CCC Management app) is visible on the tablet home screen. That confirms the integration is live.

4. Uploading Reports to CCC ONE

There are three methods for pushing diagnostic scan reports into a CCC ONE workfile. Pick the one that fits your workflow.

Method A: Live Scan Upload

  • Identify the vehicle on the tablet and select the Test Type (Pre-scan, In-progress scan, Post-scan, or Normal scan).
  • Enter the active Repair Order (RO) number and complete the diagnostic scan.
  • Tap the Report icon > select Report to Cloud to save.
  • Tap the Report icon again > select Report to CCC.
  • Select the Shop Name, choose Cloud Report, pick the saved scan file, tap Done, then tap OK to push to the CCC ONE workfile.

Method B: Uploading from the CCC Management App (Repair History)

  • On the tablet home screen, open CCC Management > select Report History.
  • Locate the report and tap Upload to CCC.
  • Select the Shop Name, choose the Repair Type (Pre-Scan, In-Process, or Post-Scan), select the Cloud Report, tap Done, and press OK.

Heads up: Only reports created after the tablet was connected to CCC ONE can be uploaded. Reports generated before integration are not eligible for push.

Method C: Uploading from Vehicle History (Data Manager)

  • Open Data Manager > select Vehicle History > choose the vehicle and desired diagnostic session.
  • Tap Report > select Report to CCC.
  • Select Shop Name, choose Repair Type, select the saved Cloud Report, and tap Done, then OK.

5. Operational Rules, Token Costs, and Attachment Limits

A. Why This Integration Pays Off

  • Saves 15 to 20 minutes of admin labor per repair order by eliminating manual PDF saving and dragging.
  • Directly provides proof of scan to back up $50 to $100 insurance scan payouts.
  • Lets existing Autel users monetize the diagnostic tools they already own without buying additional software.

B. Attachment Limits

A maximum of 5 attachments can be uploaded per single push. Attachments can be scans, tablet photos, or Remote Expert OE reports.

C. Token Billing and Pricing

Every report push to CCC ONE incurs a token charge. Make sure scans are finalized before you push, or you will end up paying twice for a corrected version on the same repair order.

Push Type Cost
Standard Autel Pre or Post Scan 1 token per push
Remote Expert OE-Level Scan 3 tokens per push
ADAS Calibration Data Push $15 pass-through fee (transfers calibration proof into the claim)

Token purchasing options

Pack Price Per-Token Cost
Single Token $5.00 $5.00
10-Token Pack $30.00 $3.00
40-Pack Auto-Renewal $80.00 $2.00 (auto-renews when balance drops below 10)

6. Troubleshooting Guide

Issue / Symptom Root Cause Resolution
Connection status shows "PENDING" Incomplete registration sequence. Verify the tablet is in Autel Cloud, assigned to a Shop, that CCC ONE is enabled via the 3-dot menu, then reboot the tablet.
CCC Management app is missing from the tablet Tablet has not updated or synced. Close all running apps, restart the tablet, and confirm the integration steps in CCC ONE and Autel Cloud both completed successfully.
Cannot register the tablet Device is already registered to a different Autel Cloud account. The tablet must be unlinked from the previous Autel Cloud account before it can be registered to the new shop account.
Historical report will not upload Scan was created before integration was enabled. Only reports generated after the CCC ONE connection was established can be pushed. Older reports are not eligible.
Missing serial number or password Technician cannot locate the credentials. On the tablet, go to Settings > About to display both the Serial Number and Registration Password.
