Proactive Onboarding, Technical Setup & Support: Autel–CCC ONE Integration
Purpose: To define the end-to-end operational workflow for team members proactively onboarding collision shop customers, verifying US-spec hardware compliance, executing step-by-step Autel–CCC ONE integration, and resolving technical escalations.
1. Scope & System Prerequisites
Before initiating setup or attempting to sync scan reports to CCC ONE, verify that all core platform and hardware requirements are met:
A. Account Prerequisites
- CCC ONE Account: Integration must be enabled inside CCC ONE Settings (or My Account on desktop) under Diagnostic Connections. (For information on how to set up Autel Cloud; CLICK HERE.)

- Autel Cloud Account: The shop must register or sign into a free Autel Cloud account at cloud-us.autel.com.
B. Hardware Compliance & Compatible Models
- Geographic Requirement: The integration is supported exclusively on authorized North American / US-spec versions operating within the United States. Global/overseas tools are region-locked and will fail to link.
- Supported Autel Hardware Models:
-
- MaxiSYS MS909 / MS909 S2
- MaxiSYS MS919 / MS919 S2
- MaxiSYS MS Ultra / Ultra S2
- MaxiSYS MS906 MAX (Available August 2026)
2. Onboarding Workflow & Hardware Verification
Step 1: Initial Account & Workshop Setup
-
Have the shop sign into cloud-us.autel.com. (For information on how to set up Autel Cloud; CLICK HERE.)

-
Go to Workshop Information > Click + Add > Enter the required Shop Name > Click Save.

- Navigate to Device Manager > Device List > Click + Add.
- Input the tablet's Serial Number and Password (found on the tablet under Settings > About or on the back of the device).
- Assign the corresponding Shop Name (critical for multi-shop operations with Store #1, Store #2, etc.) and click Save.
Step 2: Global Tool Red-Flag Protocol
- Hardware Detection: If entering the serial number on Autel Cloud throws an error or fails to link, the device is a Global (Overseas) tool.
- Action Required:
-
- Flag the customer profile as "Non-Compliant Hardware / Global Unit."
- Route the account to Sales (e.g., Ryan) as a lead for a US-spec (APE) replacement unit.
- Inform the customer that Global units are restricted from pushing data to US claims networks like CCC ONE.
3. Step-by-Step Integration Protocol
Walk the customer through the exact steps to enable direct synchronization:
Step 1: Link Autel inside CCC ONE
-
Inside CCC ONE, navigate to Settings (or My Account) > Diagnostic Connections > Click + Add.
- Choose Autel US INC.
- Enter the tablet Serial Number.
- Accept the Terms of Use.
Step 2: Enable Integration in Autel Cloud
- Return to cloud-us.autel.com under Device List.
- Click the far right-side ellipsis (3 dots) next to the registered device.
-
Select Enable CCC ONE and click Confirm.
Step 3: Device Restart & Verification
- Reboot the MaxiSYS tablet.
- Once booted, confirm the CCC ONE icon (and/or CCC Management app) is visible on the tablet home screen.
4. Execution Protocol: Uploading Reports to CCC ONE
There are three methods for transmitting diagnostic scan reports into CCC ONE workfiles:
Method A: Live Scan
Upload
- Identify the vehicle on the tablet and select the Test Type (Pre-scan, Inprogress-scan, Post-scan, or Normal scan).
- Enter the active Repair Order (RO) Number and complete the diagnostic scan.
- Tap the Report icon > Select Report to Cloud to save.
- Tap the Report icon again > Select Report to CCC.
-
Select the Shop Name, choose Cloud Report, pick the saved scan file, tap Done, then tap OK to push to the CCC ONE estimate workfile.
Method B: Uploading from CCC Management App (Repair History)
- On the tablet home screen, open CCC Management $\rightarrow$ Select Report History.
- Locate the report and tap Upload to CCC.
- Select the Shop Name, choose the Repair Type (Pre-Scan, In-Process, or Post-Scan), select the Cloud Report, tap Done, and press OK.
-
- Note: Only reports created after the tablet was connected to CCC ONE can be uploaded. Reports generated prior to integration are unavailable for upload.
Method C: Uploading from Vehicle History (Data Manager)
- Open Data Manager > Select Vehicle History > Choose the vehicle and desired diagnostic session.
- Tap Report > Select Report to CCC.
- Select Shop Name, choose Repair Type, select the saved Cloud Report, and tap Done then OK.
5. Operational Guidelines, Token Costs & Attachment Rules
A. Workflow Benefits & Efficiency
- Saves 15–20 minutes of administrative labor per RO by eliminating manual file saving and dragging.
- Directly provides proof of scan to back up $50–$100 insurance scan payouts.
B. Attachment Limits
- A maximum of 5 attachments (scans, tablet photos, Remote Expert reports) can be uploaded per single push.
C. Token Billing & Pricing Options
Every report push to CCC ONE incurs a token charge. Techs must ensure scans are final before pushing to avoid double billing.
- Standard Autel Pre/Post-Scan: 1 Token per push.
- Remote Expert OE-Level Scan: 3 Tokens per push.
- ADAS Calibration Data Push: $15 Token Pass-Through Fee (pushes calibration proof directly into the file).
Token Purchasing Packs
- Single Token: $5.00 / token
- 10-Token Pack: $30.00 ($3.00 / token)
- 40-Pack Auto-Renewal: $80.00 ($2.00 / token; auto-renews when balance drops below 10)
