  Note: OEM software logins/subscriptions are managed by the customer. Ape Auto Tools offers setup and credential maintenance as an optional fee-for-service.

Onboarding

Every MasterKey includes a complementary onboarding session. We'll make sure you're confident navigating the PC and walk you through your first vehicle.

Warranty & Support

• 1-Year Software Build Warranty: We stand by our work. Any issues related to hardware components or our custom software installation are handled in-house. If we can’t fix it remotely, we replace the unit.

• Standard exclusions apply: coverage does not include misuse or intentional physical destruction.
