European: ISTA (BMW), VIDA (Volvo), ODIS (VW/Audi).

Note: OEM software logins/subscriptions are managed by the customer. If preferred, Ape Auto Tools can manage setup and credential maintenance as a fee-for-service option.

Every MasterKey includes a complementary onboarding session. We'll make sure you're confident navigating the PC and walk you through your first vehicle.

Warranty & Support

• 1-Year Software Build Warranty: Any issues related to hardware components or software installation will be handled in-house by our team. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, the unit will be replaced.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or customer-caused physical damage.
